Elsevier Ltd will publish the ESREF 2019 proceedings as a special issue of the Microelectronics Reliability journal.

From this year, there is no more summary to provide at the submission dealine but a full paper of 4 to 6 pages.

The four to six pages paper must include a five-line abstract and email address of the corresponding author. Please note that papers must be in English.

ESREF 2019 Special Session is dedicated to provide a scope of reliability topics related to Space and Aeronautic Systems. Some papers will be selected from the tracks A to I (Conference Tracks List) to be exclusively presented to the oral special session.The agreement of the author is requested during the Easychair submission process.

11 March 2019                               Submission of 4-6 pages full paper

Submission extended to 15 March 2019
