ESREF 2019 Registration Fees

All prices are all VAT 20% included.

BUNDLES FOR ENTERPRISES 

 ¹ Upon proof of student status At least one regular registration is mandatory for each published paper by one of the authors. If a student attend alone at the conference to present his paper, he must register with regular fees.

² Enterprise badges do not give access to Wednesday gala dinner. They can be flexibly used by day based on pre-registration managed by the concerned enterprise. Each badge will be notified with a list pre-registered name.

³ One gala dinner ticket is provided for each regular or student registration

⁴ Special discount ticket is a 2 days PASS for Monday 23rd and Tuesday 24th dedicated to RADECS attendees (Valid RADECS 2019 inscription is necessary to register). Do not include gala diner entrance

Purchase order is allowed only for french organization. Otherwize the payement is made by bank transfer or credit card (personnal or company card). Be carefull, if you start the registration, you should pay without any stop during the payment process. So be sure to have all the credit card informations before starting the process.

To pay by bank transfer select : "Transfer or purchase order". You will receive an email with :

• bank transfer informations with a reference number Fxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
• an institution’s order, but it is only usable for FRENCH institution.

 So please ask your bank to make a transfer with the following references :

• the reference number
• the conference name : ESREF 2019
• your name 

Full regular and student registration fees include the access to ESREF Regular sessions, Tutorials, Workshops and to the Industrial Exhibition as well as related material. They also include the welcome cocktail on Monday September 23rd, lunches and coffee breaks from September 23rd to September 26th, gala dinner on Wednesday, September 25th. Free public transportation tickets will also be provided.

Information for Authors:

Authors are not exempted from registration fees.

Any presenting author (oral or poster) cannot register as an exhibitor badge and must pay regular registration fee.

Any communication must end up in a unique registration. In the case you are co-author of several accepted papers, please check that one different author is registered per paper.

All participants who need an invitation letter for VISA purposes are requested to send an email to contact esref2019-registration@sciencesconf.org, providing the information below with the subject "ESREF 2019 - Invitation letter for VISA application". Please note, that visa invitation letters will be sent only after your registration is completed.

CANCELLATION

In case of cancellation, provided that written notice is received at esref2019-registration@sciencesconf.org before July 15th, 2019 (except authors registration), the registration fee will be fully refunded less a handling fee of 100€. After July 15th, 2019 no refund will be made. Electronic proceedings will then be sent to the canceled registrant after the conference.
